Privacy Policy.

This is short because we collect very little. There is no account to create, no password, no tracking pixel and no advertising network on this site. If you never fill in the brief form, we never learn who you are.

01What we collect

Only what you type into the brief form, which is:

Your name and email address
Your business name and website, if you have one
What you want the site to make people do, and any notes you choose to add

Plus anything you send us in an email afterwards. That is the whole list. We do not ask for your address, your phone number or your date of birth, and we never handle your card details on this site.

02Who processes it

FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) receives the brief form and forwards it to our inbox. It handles the submission under its own privacy policy.
Vercel hosts this site. Like any web host it processes standard server logs, including IP addresses, to deliver pages and keep the site secure.
Our email provider stores the message once it arrives.
When you start a plan, our payment processor handles billing directly. Your card details go to them, never to us.

03Analytics, and the reason there is no cookie banner

We use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without building a profile of you. It does not follow you to other websites. We see how many people reached a page, not who they were. We set no cookies of our own, which is why this site does not throw a consent box at you.

04What we do with it

We read your brief, reply to it, and build what you asked for. That is all. We do not send marketing emails you did not ask for, and we do not add you to a list. We have never sold or shared personal information and we do not intend to. We do not use it for advertising or for training anything.

05How long we keep it

Brief emails and project correspondence stay in our inbox for as long as we are working together, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. Ask us to delete yours and we will, unless we are legally required to keep something.

06Your rights

Depending on where you live, including under the privacy laws of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah and Texas, you have the right to know what we hold about you, to get a copy, to correct it, to have it deleted, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. We do not sell or share it, so there is nothing to opt out of, but the other rights are real and you can use them.

To exercise any of them, email alex@nexomatestores.com. We will not treat you any differently for asking, and we will not make you jump through a process to do it.

07Children

This is a business to business service and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

08Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. If a change is significant and we have your email, we will tell you.
