01 — The procedure
Nothing about your implant is improvised. We map the bone in 3D, print a surgical guide, and place the post to a tenth of a millimeter. Here is the whole path.
A low-dose cone-beam CT maps every nerve, sinus and millimeter of bone. You leave the first visit with a plan and a number — no surprises.
Using a printed surgical guide, Dr. Vance seats the titanium post through a small opening. Most patients describe it as easier than the extraction that preceded it.
Over 8–12 weeks your jawbone grows onto the titanium — a biological weld. This is the wait that makes an implant last decades, not years.
We attach the abutment and take a digital impression. Your crown is milled from a single block of zirconia to match the neighbors in shade and shape.
The crown torques into place. You bite, you chew, you smile. Function restored — and it’s yours to keep with ordinary brushing and flossing.
02 — One tooth or all of them
Single & multiple
The gold standard for a lost tooth. Each implant stands alone, so healthy neighbors are never ground down for a bridge. Two or three gaps? Two or three posts — or one implant-supported bridge spanning them.

A complete set of teeth anchored to just four strategically angled implants. No plate across the palate, no adhesive, no removing it at night. For many patients we deliver a fixed provisional the same day the implants go in.
